"This was a first time stay at SGI for the entire group, some driving from as far away as Louisiana, Arkansas, and GA. The relative simplicity of the island may be a draw back for some visitors, but we all enjoyed the peace and ease of getting around, whether on foot, bike, or car. The Plantation amenities (pool, tennis, fitness center) were a nice addition. This house is right on the beach -- just as described. We all enjoyed the wide porch looking south over the water both morning and evening....

"Our family had an amazing week and loved the location of this property. The views were amazing and we were lucky enough to watch dolphins from the balcony. We rented a golf cart for the week but you can easily walk to most shops and restaurants. The property needs some maintenance attention for things like siding, cabinet doors in the kitchen, toilet paper holder, loose faucet, etcā€¦ Other than that it was perfect and honestly those items didnā€™t take away from the awesome week we had. "We loved the house. The location is perfect. Right across the street from beach access. Close to restaurants and Piggly Wiggly. The pool is the perfect size. Being able to hear the pool was a plus. This was our first trip to SGI, will definitely be returning, loved it!! Faith was a perfect host! "

"I really thought the property was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the cable did not work (no big deal). Getting into the property was challenging also (the code did not work and never did) so we had to use the key for upstairs. Lastly the coffee maker needs to be replaced as the coffee was brewed cold. Warmed it up in the microwave. While the reservation team was very nice they never checked in about gaining entry to the property and no service technician ever came to repair the door. Again...

"This property worked great for our every two year cousin family beach Thanksgiving gathering. The location was perfectly set with spectacular beach access and stunning sunset views. The house accommodated our five families (18 people) with a few beds to spare. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.Only suggestion would be to have another refrigerator and a few more living area chairs."

"Beautiful beach front property. Host has thought of all you would want or need for a great relaxing stay. Walking the beach every day, and watching the calming waves roll in from one of the homes gorgeous porches is the best! The chefs kitchen with high end appliances made it very easy to just stay in and relax. Highly recommend!"
