"This is a very nice property that needed some TLC. The pool area especially needed attention. We pulled weeds that were grown up, threw away broken beach toys left in a heap and hosed the outside area down. We checked in on Saturday and found the pool filter did not work until Wednesday. The kitchen was lovely, just completely unorganized. The grill pan was so dirty that it caught fire and burned our Father’s Day steaks. The maintenance service was awesome!
