"We stayed in the cabins, and arrived the night of a pretty bad storm. Staff were very aware of the storm and suggested (due to flooding of the river) that we should park in main lot, not near our cabin due to possibly getting stuck. Cabin was laid out nicely, and furniture was comfortable. Beds were great, soft and we all slept very well. Kitchen stocked well with things needed, fridge clean. "My family of three stayed here one night after climbing at nearby Mt. Yonah. It was a great price and location, and the staff was extremely kind. The beds were not that comfortable, and I certainly wouldn't have stayed in a double bed for more than one night, but it was exactly what I expected, and I would recommend it."

"Excellent place. Newer hotel. Fresh baked cookies available all day. Great breakfast. refrigerator llocated in room larger than most at other hotels. Park and river located on back side of hotel with places to sit and enjoy your family.highly recommend."

"I was there with my daughter in law and my 6 grandsons ages 12-2 years old, I actually called the Hotel the day we checked out and spoke with Madison that my grandson may have left his wallet in the room, she went to check and called me back that she did find the wallet and is mailing to me, What great service, we love Marriott"

"We had a wonderful stay in Helen at this beautiful home! We couldn’t have asked for a Better location, the house is within walking distance of downtown. We were 4 couples celebrating one couple’s 50th anniversary. We had a great time! The fire pit was great! House was clean and well supplied. Would highly recommend!! "

"Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...
