"My best friend and I were looking for a cozy place to stay for a long weekend and we loved Blue Door! It was everything we could’ve hoped for. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into supplying the house with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for two adults. "the schoolhouse from 1848 is WONDERFUL. beautifully loved and redone. the owner has put so much thought into her place, so many special touches. anything extra you might need, it’s here. hubby and I started joking that if it wasn’t provided we must not need it (really rare). we hope to return to dahlonega and we sure want to stay here. "We enjoyed a frosty, family weekend at the Burnett cottage. The temps dropped to 14 degrees our first night. We woke up to a peaceful, frozen pond and the most beautiful church bells while we enjoyed a slow morning. Our kids enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree, it was such a sweet detail.
