We had a bedroom, a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for the same price I've paid for a regular hotel room. The key is to go into it with your eyes open. The property is older and it shows. There were dings in the furniture and the decor was outdated. The house is exactly how described and the owner is the easiest to work with and answers any and all questions you may have in a quick manner.
