"The staff were so accommodating, kind, patient, knowledgeable and happy. The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and even though there was chaos outside from just the local traffic, our hotel room felt calm. We’d stay again without hesitation"

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one. My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy."

"Ok, I accept this place is on the lower to mid end of the cost scale for Dehli but I would be careful booking this place. The staff were nice but the property just not up to the standard you would expect. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower did not work properly, there were no windows, the wifi was patchyt at best and the aircon did not work."
