There was a radiator in the room that was luke warm with the valve fully opened. There were another three plug in heaters around the room, none of which worked and an electric towel rail which was switched on but no heat, the bathroom was freezing. I asked who I believe to be the manager if he could check the fuse and try and get heaters working....
