"I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel bed is rock hard and not comfortable at all for sleeping. The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel provides toothbrushes, free bottled water, and daily housekeeping. WiFi is also strong and good, for China, meaning websites and apps are blocked if you don't have a VPN. The closest subway metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. The cheapest rooms here do not have a window."

"The room was spacious and the linen is squeaky clean. The reception area is not very modern and the dedicated lift and shared lift could be a bit slow at times. 15 minutes walk from the Futian customs but right next to the subway "Fumin" exit C. Plenty of scrumptious food to choose in nearby streets. Overall good value for money. "

"This hotel easily has the worst staff of all hotels i have ever seen, including comedy, drama and tragedy movies. They cancelled my booking, yelled at me that i had no booking, demanded payment for the room they had cancelled, and then blocked the elevator and refused to let me leave. In my home country that is very very illegal. My recommendation is: avoid this hotel at all cost"

"You have charged my credit card and the hotel also charged me at the counter. So, I was double charged. Please refund the changes on my credit card"

"Hotel is very hard to locate unless you speak chinese or have the address written in Chinese as the taxi drivers no speak English and threy won't use meter they only want charge flat rate. Once you find the hotel the staff are friendly but again can't speak English. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good amendities as well "
