"A lovely 4-night stay at this hotel. We didn’t have any problems with the key codes for the building and the room as they were sent through to us in advance. The room we had was large, comfortable and freshened up daily. The location is great - close to the train station and near lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes. "We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. "This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."
