"As before last year, an excellent Hostel in a lovely area of Santiago. This is my 5th stay, The staff are friendly always, and so helpful. The freshly cooked bread and fresh fruit in the mornings are delightful. Also if you have a car you can park it here for free, which is very helpful. The metro is a bit of a walk, but not too far, there is a fresh fruit and vegetable market a couple of minutes away as well as several small shops for the essential wines and beers. "Only stayed for a night but the room was cosy a nd warm, shower hot with good pressure, and breakfast good. We had a 5am flight and were allowed to keep our bags and hang out at the hostel/use facilities after our official check out. The owner spotted us 1000 pesos when we were short for cash for a cab which was super sweet and much appreciated! "
