"It is a stunning, exceptional hotel. We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view. "We really enjoyed our trip to this hotel. We had a very nice swim up room which was ideal as it was well away from the children’s pool. The children’s pool could get very noisy. The hotel is very modern and is in a lovely position and it was easy to get to the night market and to the various boat trips that we wanted to go to from the hotel the staff were excellent. One slight criticism is that the staff kept turning the music up very loudly both at the children pool and generally. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Customer service & housekeeping were excellent. Housekeeping changed my towels daily. The only two cons I had were: (1) the water from shower leaked onto floor because the glass divider didn’t extend far enough, & (2) there were intermittent strong sewer-like smells from the bathroom. Aside from that I definitely recommend this place. "
