"Must be newly renovated. It was super quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and nothing was broken. We did not have daily housekeeping but we didn’t mind it at all. Metro is a bit of a walk (20mins) but tram was a 5min walk. We preferred the tram. We were concerned from the prior reviews but at checkin, since our room was available, they let us check in at 10am. Everything was super smooth and staff was great. I would stay here again."

She asked me to cancel the booking online which is not refundable and to pay 29 Euros in cash. She could only speak...
