"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"I will start with the clear message, stay away! we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs all over the bed head. We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched.
