"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

We stayed in the Superior Room type which seems try largest one and is the size of a studio with separate sitting area. Breakfast served in common area but otherwise no restaurant on-site. Biking and walking trails nearby. Highly recommended for a quiet stay near Dendermonde. "

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. The location is perfect; short walking distance to the main square in old town and not to far from subways. Marc the owner is amazing; goes above and beyond to insure you have a great stay.
