"Good service. They were very kind to me and I had an early check in because there was a room available, which i appreciated a lot since I was very tired and I wanted to take a nap as soon as possible. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably book with them again in the future."

"The location near Bastille was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I would have preferred a sofa instead of a chair, but we made do. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything. The spa was a fantastic bonus, especially after a long day of sightseeing and shopping."

"Pros: great centralized location near good food and metro stops, front desk staff friendly and helpful. After the 4th day we got really nice, soft bath towels. Cons: there was a lot of street noise (trucks) as early as 5:30 am every morning, the hotel's hot water heater broke during our stay and we almost had to find another hotel. They had it fixed in about 24 hours. Also there was a sign saying sheets would be cleaned every 3 days but our pillowcases were still showing mascara all week we...

"Love this hotel so much I wished I stayed longer. Location, cleanliness and service are all great! The only downside is there is no fridge in the room but that’s just a minor issue. We enjoyed the complimentary spa access that is private and very much needed after those days of walking."
