"EVERYONE was super helpful and respectful especially Mabel who saved our trip by helping us with the HDMI wiring from my laptop to the TV and giving us the adapter for our U.S. plugs to charge the laptop. We were able to enjoy some Netflix in the evening after the days are done. The location was at a perfect location of many food options and the Metro near by. The only downfall, was the shower was a bit small and 1 of the side door was broken. However, we made the Best out of it and our experience with the staff and hotel made up for it so we didn't complain about it at all. Overall, this was the Best hotel I ever stayed in my life thus far."

"Very beautiful property right in front of the Metro! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the area itself wasn’t too touristy but very easy to navigate. Definitely recommend! "

"Les Jardins du Marais was excellent all around. The location of this neighborhood made many of the famous sites easily within walking distance (Le Louvre, Notre Dame, etc), and there were tons of great places to eat nearby. We also paid for the breakfast buffet that was available at the hotel, and I am so glad we did. The food was high quality and we ate a lot each day before heading out on the town. If there were any negatives, they were very minor. The Queen sized bed, for instance, is actually two twins pushed together, so my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. And on our final day we put up the tag to have our room made up but they never did it, which then prompted a woman to come knock on our door and try to explain in French how the signs worked. I tried to explain that we had left it up all day before we left, but I don't think she understood. All in all, however, I would still recommend this as an excellent value for the money we paid, especially with the breakfast add-on. They have a nice sauna and small gym, which we also appreciated. If we returned to Paris we would very likely stay at Les Jardins du Marais again after a wonderful full week for our first time Paris."

"The location of hotel is located very near Oberkampf metro station which is really truly convenient. It is a hidden gem area with loads of dining options especially famous boulangerie Utopie nearby. Personally the location is very centralized which enables you to move around in central Paris with a breeze. The room we stayed in is cozy and comfortable with a comfortable size for 2. Housekeeping was done for us daily. The hotel staffs are very friendly and speaks English perfectly well. Every Tuesday and Thursdays you’ll wake up to a beautiful morning market with local food and fresh produces. "

"The hotel is well located.The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast for that kind of money was normal and you could eat your fill. but the faucet on the bathroom sink was poorly secured((overall everything is fine, considering the excellent location of the hotel (3 metro stations)"
