"Would highly recommend staying here! The staff were lovely upon check in, they allowed us to check in early and allowed us to leave our bags with them when we checked out! The room had everything we needed and the location was excellent, a one minute walk from the station! I was very impressed with the breakfast, bacon and eggs, what more do you want? Would highly recommend staying here, the staff were so lovely they deserve a shout out as well!"

"The room was so nice! The bed was great and the coffee machine was so convenient. The view from the window was incredible and i would definitely stay again! Its far from any tourist areas that was the only small down side. "

"Hello Hotel's exterior and lobby is very nice but don't come into this trap I strongly recommend that don't stay in this hotel, room size are so small that you can't keep your luggage properly even they don't have minibar in rooms. they asked me to deposit 50CHF as deposit money, who ask for that ?? they have nothing in room no kettle, no water bottle, no minibar than for what deposit money?? Rooms lobby is also so confusing that hotel staff itself doesn't know that in which direction which room...

"For first time visitors to Zurich, the Sheraton we enjoyed the Sheraton. Access to Public Transport was excellent, we had driven and found it easy to access the car parking at the Sheraton. Staff were very friendly and efficient."

"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "Nice place to stay, lovely room and bathroom was nice. The restaurant downstairs was lively and had good food and drinks. Although it almost seemed like a night club downstairs, we didn’t hear any noise in our second level room. It was nice that it had a lot for parking. "

"I love the location. The hotel is ok. We booked 2 days. We arrived on the 31st and left on the 2nd of Jan. New Years eve the hotel has a private party and a private dinner for people who made reservations. At night around 11pm I went outside and took pictures because the view is amazing. "Loved the loft, the entire stay was very interesting, got to cook ourselves a home meal after a 25 days long trip across Central Europe, we loved the accessibility of the stay. Trams and busses are well connected and also will find grocery store coop nearby ! "
