The staff was also incredibly helpful, particularly Irene who answered any questions we had and was a great help as first timers visiting Zurich! "The stay and the room is safe and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough and well designed. The only problem is with the restroom/ washroom. The washroom door is very poorly designed. It opens inside and its very difficult to close the door when you are inside. The hotel needs to redesign the door to open to the outside for example, but other than that. The stay is okay for a day or two!"

"Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel."
