"Arrived early at 8am due to an early flight and were able to drop our bags but not check in until 2. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms run warm so you may want to crack a wimdow. Overall great stay!"

"great location directly on the tram line to the centre which is about a 15 minute ride. i was driving and parking is very expensive around switzerland - generally hotels do not provide parking but provide access to a close car park at a reduced rate. Rate was better than other hotels. car park was close. only issue is that once you put the car back in for the day you cannot take it out again without extra charge. this however was ok given the tram right out the front to get to the centre of zurich very easily. room was clean, secure and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. "
