"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "This is not a hotel. And if the photo has not changed yet, it is also not anywhere near the waterfront. It is a private residence in a high rise apt. building. I have no idea how you are even expected to get in. It is a locked facility. We ultimately went to a different motel after a great deal of frustration and expense. After almost 1 hour on the phone with Orbitz (the people on the phone were kind and understanding) they did refund our money and said they would change the photo."
