You get the 5 star service. Restaurant food was tasty . I want to thank every one special Sunjay Tiwali the food and beverage manager who went back and forth to make sure we are comfortable and receive the best service . Hotel is located in the best area , 50 feet from Marine . Walking distance to many bars, coffee and restaurants. "

"The trident is a high end luxurious hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel are impeccable and of the highest standards. Great value too. Excellent location for shopping at Colaba market. Only issue we had was checking in took a long time. The staff were great but it was clear they were challenged by a newly implemented IT system. The luggage room 30 mins to be sent to our room. The rooms may need some refreshing as areas such as bathroom and switches looking tired and worn. Overall a fabulous hotel. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and told them the reason of our stay which is our 10th years of anniversary. Hotel staff surprised us with a nice flower, decoration and cake in the room .
