Fruit flies when I checked in my room - took 4 days of pest control to clear it- Stayed here for 9 days.Did not provide an alternate similar accommodation when I requested to give me another room of similar category - I paid for partial sea view and was offered neighboring building view as an alternative , cheaper than what I prepaid - no privacy . Not even offered discount when asked for the inconvenience .Did not even apologize !!! Not worth the price charged.

This was one of the best hotels i have stayed at in India. It’s literally on marine drive. It is one of the classic old school hotels to stay at. Looking at from outside its rather quite inconspicuous but this is one of the most famous hotels. One can’t find a better located hotel than this in mumbai. The rooms are a bit cramped yes, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Staff at the reception and the in house dining is quite nice as well. The breakfast spread had a number of options and tasted delicious.

The main reason to recommend this place its the location which was adjacent to all the historical and touristic places alongside with super friendly and helpful staff. They even called us a guy to exchange our dollars in the hotel with a great rate and where helpful in every aspect totally recommended

We had great service and an enjoyable experience during our stay. The only complaint the entire stay is that dinner at the restaurant took much longer than expected. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating and helpful and the stay was comfortable.

Hotel Marine Plaza is such a little gem. This was my second time staying here, as a gift to myself. I love the tranquil relaxing sea view and the pretty art deco design of the interiors, including the incredible glass elevators. Breakfast is always impeccable, with views of the bay. Priyal was a great server who was kind enough to prepare hot water with honey for me when I told him that I had a cold. This is going above and beyond! The only thing that's missing compared to the last time I stayed there was the daily newspaper and 4pm snacks that used to be delivered to the room. I wish they would bring those back.
