You get the 5 star service. Restaurant food was tasty . Hotel is located in the best area , 50 feet from Marine . Walking distance to many bars, coffee and restaurants. "

"The trident is a high end luxurious hotel. The staff in all areas of the hotel are impeccable and of the highest standards. Great value too. Excellent location for shopping at Colaba market. Only issue we had was checking in took a long time. The staff were great but it was clear they were challenged by a newly implemented IT system. The luggage room 30 mins to be sent to our room. The rooms may need some refreshing as areas such as bathroom and switches looking tired and worn. Overall a fabulous hotel. "
