Only had 2 staff that were less than friendly but they might have been having a bad day. Food was some of the best for an all inclusive compared to others. House cleaners were very good at keeping things neat and felt safe. All the questions we had were answered promptly. This property was very impressive and we will most likely book at another RIU again because of our great experience. Thank you for making it a great getaway from a busy life of work!"

"We loved this hotel! We were getting mixed reviews online prior to booking but we are so glad we stayed here. This property didn’t break the bank and the best part was that it was all inclusive. Gabriel at the Expedia desk was super helpful from check in to check out. The pools were awesome with daily activities and especially the slides for the kids. My son had a blast, we couldn’t get him out of the water! Our room was beautiful. We stayed in a junior ocean front view and it was amazing. Could see the whole resort property through to the beach. Could hear the waves crashes in the middle of the night. We definitely plan to come back and will absolutely stay here again! There were many food options to take advantage of. Shopping offsite was not far at all as this was a prime location. I highly recommend!! "
