"This property is located in the finest area of Zihuatanejo within a gated and patrolled neighborhood. The home is beautiful however, we had a few minor issues. Although we checked in at the requested time, there were no towels, bath tissue, soap, or drinking water available. We contacted the new person in charge of the residence, although he spoke no English, he was able to get the necessary items for us. The manager last year was much more attentive to our needs and provided us a wonderful taxi...

"This house is amazing! My family and I travel a few times a year and this house is by far the best place we stayed. Erika, the housekeeper, comes in and explains everything for you. Your pool is overlooking the ocean! I never realized how nice it is to have your own private pool on vacation. You have plenty of space. If you don't mind walking, it's about a 1/2 mile walk down the road to a foot bridge that brings you to the pier and the town. We felt very safe. The one thing the photos do not...

The easy walk to delicious restaurants and the beach were great but we also loved spend time at the house - especially drinking a margarita on the third floor deck. The property management team was extremely responsive. The only trouble we had was finding the place when we first arrived but it was very easy check in as soon as we found the right spot.
