We arrived at the hotel early coming from a cruise but according to a staff the room is not yet ready. However the room will be ready if you pay an extra $30. This doesn’t happen in big hotels. You can check-in once the room is ready."

"Housekeeping quality has degraded compared to my previous stays at the hotel. Dirty towels and clean clothes were left in the room after cleaning. Water was added to the liquid hand soap. The heater doesn’t work properly. I set the temperature to 22C, but the room temperature is always at 18C. I reported these to housekeeping, but not much was done."
