"The rooms and property are clean for Western standards. This is probably the best feature. There was no odor to the room. The walls are thin so you will hear neighbors if the TV are talking is louder than normal. The gym is limited with equipments, but it does have a separate sauna, jacuzzi room which is nice. The biggest negative is the breakfast. The choices for breakfast were limited and mediocre. The front desk customer service was mediocre."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean, convenient location and super friendly staff. One downside is the rooms with the windows are quite bright in the morning as the blinds are not thick enough to block the sun light in the morning. "The location was super convenient, leading to the heart of ximending within a couple of minutes walking. Staff were lovely upon check in and the minibar with free noodles and free snacks was a cherry on top to rest and eat after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in a convenient location in Taipei!"

"Awesome stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a mix of mostly Taiwanese food and some Western food. The rooms were clean and modern. The only two gripes I have, and they're small, is the lack of dresser space and desk in the rooms. Otherwise, it's a great hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommend!"

"The place is so convenient and just across the Taipei Main Station. The room is so cozy and the staff replenishes the stocks and does make up room the everyday. The toilet is like of those of Japan (with seat heater and bidet buttons) and the bathroom is so tidy and clean. Staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Their common area has a vending machine, computer, weighing scale and water dispenser with unlimited water for guests. Will definitely book this place again! "
