"Hotel itself was lovely, room rather small. It was more the location, whilst a good spot, 5 minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to the main areas. A lot of homeless begging for money and got quite aggressive at times when you do not give or try and walk past, but this is not the hotels fault. Long as not having to walk alone I would recommend."

"Great location since this is located right next to Brussels central train station. We had access to the executive lounge however this room was not offering much food during the times we went inside. Bottled water was provided to us only in our room the very first night then after that we had to purchase these items each night.
