From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. Especially when we were visiting with my disabled daughter. The reception team Especially Burhan he is amazing was professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.He also arranged a well-planned 2-day program for us, offering honest recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. Also I have to mention Mr Burak he is a fine young man, who will do anything for you if you ask him. His kindness and hospitality will take him far and high in his future. The hotel itself was absolutely clean, and the rooms were in perfect order—well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Carina Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! "The property is very clean, comfortable, very friendly professional staff, great food. Great access to all the historical places, also shopping. We loved it. Oh and don't forget to visit the spa. "If i had to say what my favorite part about my hotel experience was at Seven Hills it would have to be the two incredible front desk men Gerken and Ozam, they are the kindest most helpful people i have met and i will definitely miss their kind energy, the rooftop restaurant is also in my opinion one of the best atmospheres in all of Sultahnamet, perfect photo opportunities and delicious food"
