"New property at an excellent location in Beşiktaş! Within 5 mins walk, you have access to multiple restaurants that are open at any hour. There are convenient buses that bring you into the city Center and the ferry to Asia side is also a short walk away. The room itself is huge and very clean. The only downside is that the room can be a bit dim, and roads outside can be a bit loud, nothing ear plugs can’t solve."

"The reservation desk was very prompt in addressing all concerns. The units are very intimate, but they have more than everything that you might need for your stay including hotplates, utensils, etc. Of course it is an easy five minute walk to the famous pedestrian Istiklal Street. Furthermore, it is a pleasant walk downhill to the Topane T1 tram station. However, on the way back, its best to take the tunnel from Karakoy to Galata, and walk down Istiklal Street. The receptionist has very limited...

"Our Sultanahmet Suites experience was mixed. Initially we were given a very small room which was clearly not what we paid for. Fatih, the manager was a great guy and very accommodating. We eventually changed rooms 4 times during our week long stay for one reason or another but the last two rooms were nice and spacious albeit with minor issues like AC out of order or drains blocked. Overall would recommend but suggest making sure you check which room you've paid for."

"Our room smelled strongly of smoke. We didn't request to transfer because we are only there for 2 nights. The refrigerator is also not working. The door has been hanging and it is turned off. The staff was nice though and accomodating. "
