"Everything was great. Food, room, and service. One thing I am not a fan of - as a woman who travels alone, when hotels have their fitness room tucked in the back down a long hallway. It was beautiful room with great clean equipment. Lots of treadmills. "

"This is a freshly painted and renovated hotel that used to go by a different name. So, some of the hotel is noticeably older, like the elevator. But, that being said, it was pretty nice. The rooms are just converted over to the new branding, but I think it works for them. It’s simple. The beds are big and comfortable. The shower head was great, good pressure. The staff was wonderful (helped us after our keys didn’t work since some of the doors are of course older and a bit janky). The tv was good. The wireless chargers that were included in the room was a plus since my bf broke his charger on the way up. I will say that there was a weird gap at the bottom of the janky door that I wasn’t a huge fan of, but oh well. The free breakfast is exceptionally simple, but does the job. Would stay again as a cheap option away from the hustle of Grand Rapids downtown. "
