"The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere the property is beautiful but, recommend staying in warm weather as it is beautiful to walk around. There is a big restaurant on site which brings about a lot of people during the day but, very solitary when the restaurant is closed. "We were only there on a stopover during a driving trip. The grounds were beautiful and the manager was super nice and very helpful. The only downside is that it was on a main road and the building was set in the front of the property near the road. Would have been perfect if they had built at the rear instead. "This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. "
