"This hotel is value for money, especially for a family of 4. Cleanliness is normal. The only thing we do not like is that the room does not have a heating system. It can get pretty cold in winter. Otherwise, this is a good hotel to stay in. "

"Convenience stores and Food options were conveniently located around the property. The lift service is terribly slow for the higher floors, especially in the mornings. The building is a combination of workspaces at the mid-levels and rooms at the higher levels, and only 2 lifts serve for the high floors. During the morning hours where both working people are trying to get in and people from the hotel are trying to get out (between 8 to 9 plus), it is virtually impossible to get a lift within 15...

"Hotel is just around 2 mins walk after exiting from Z4 of taipei main station and right opposite of shin kong mitsukoshi mall. It’s a bustling street with lots of food options (local, mcd, starbucks) , bubble tea shops, and clothing shops such as uniqlo. Daiso is just right below at ground floor and the hotel lift door opens up to a huge drug store at level 3. One can just take the lift down and shop for snacks or necessities in their pj. Super convenient location. Room can be cleaned everyday...

"The property maintenance is in a good condition. However, I experienced traffic and taking loud noises outside of the room. Even though, I requested for a quiet room. This made a challenging for a good night sleep. "

"First I have to say that Billy at front desk delivers 5 star service. Loved him but the gal who initially worked with me was not as good. Important to know for this hotel- 2 different check in times (weird) and there are at least 5 steps to get up before you get to the elevator. One more thing- walls are thin and they don’t really enforce quiet rules. Although the area is safe it is not the nicest block. I would not stay here again esp after experiencing other hotels in the city. "

"Turned out to be quite good. Relatively new. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Only issue for us is the room is a bit dark, but maybe it's ok for others. And we wish the common area could be used a lot longer at night. Good hotel for those that are in a mid budget. Also quite accessible to a lot of buses."

"Excellent location - good stay. Even though they don’t have a front desk, per se, communication was good and they came and changed towels for us twice during our stay. Great stay, especially for the price. thank you! Very safe and loved the location - close to MRT and lots of food places around and walkable to Lingjiang night market. "

"I like the fact it so closes to Ximending night market very convenient just walk down and right there. Room pretty clean and space. The bathroom very clean, I like separation between shower area and toilet. there is boiling hot water to make tea and a fridge. free wifi. "
