"Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful except for one of the guys who did valet parking. He was friendly and kind. The food was terrible cold and expensive except the coffee shop drinks. Would not stay there again! The view from our 14 th floor window was beautiful for sunsets ! "

"This was our third time staying here. The first time we stayed here it was under the old name and management. Personally I believe it was a tad bit better. Now the hotel seems a bit more rundown. Doesn't seem like the new ownership has invested into the hotel part. Staff was friendly which is always a bonus! Riverview room is very spacious with a view towards the river. "

"I arrived quite late, there was no one at the counter so I had to call and wait about 5min. Communication with the staff wasn't all too well but okaish. Apparently the room I booked wasn't available so I got the upgrade - better room but with 2 double beds instead of 3. Which was fine for me."
