We checked in around 6:30pm but it took them about 6 hours to figure out that we were given a wrong room. I specifically asked where's the bathroom during the check in since I knew we were getting shared bathroom. "First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...

"Good value for money. Right outside itaewon station which was fantastic. Nightclubs around the hotel goes on until 4am so only suitable for those who can sleep with music. Otherwise you will struggle to sleep. Otherwise great hotel"
