"A very unique hotel!! beautiful in all senses! Staff and owner extremely kind!! our food incident: We left chewing gum in the shelf upon entering the room and within minutes it was full of ants. There is an instruction booklet/binder in the room which states not to bring any food in the room in bold red color font but its buried in 2 pages of information and we didn't finished reading by the time the ants got to the gum. perhaps a sign on the hotel door or a reminder during check-in would be great as the hotel is inside the forest! The owner and staff gave us a new room to ensure we would have a safe night w/o ants. Thank you!!! Great breakfast!! "

"This house and property were HUGE, with great views of the volcano and surrounding area, and had room for everyone in my large group! It was fun and quirky and just right. The breakfast was spectacular each morning. Patrick was the perfect host and helped us with terrific advice on activities and even made reservations for us. This house is definitely a "do-again!""

"What an amazing place! The rooms are open with big windows and lovely views and Mellisa has thought of everything to make the room amenable. Stove top, refrigerator, and lots of flat surfaces for luggage and bags. Great breakfast served to the room; it was the best! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked another night. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a memorable stay!!!"

"We absolutely LOVED this precious B&B. So tranquil, amazing setting, gorgeous room, etc!! We got to see monkeys, a toucan, and a baby sloth. It was AMAZING! My only regret is we only booked it for one night, as we were heading to the Arenal Volcano. Next time we plan to stay several nights!!! LOVED this adorable Casitas!"

"This place was really nice. There’s a great view that is only open to gas of the property. It is conveniently located near the volcanic park as well as tours for Tubing and swimming in the river. The host Elias was very accommodating and he was understanding of our trip, timing and tour timings and make sure we could shower after we return from the hike. He also recommended lots of activities in the area. Very nice hammock on the balcony. Best view of the countryside, this is not a hotel and there’s no AC but you don’t need the AC because the mountain breeze is so cool especially at night. There is a refrigerator inside the room, seating area, and a bed. Very private very secure. Highly recommend."
