"We traveled in a group of 19 to Patrick's home for 4 nights over New Years. Patrick and his home exceeded all of our expectations. First of all, his home is beautiful and build very tastefully. Secondly Patrick was an INCREDIBLE host. New Years is a HUGE holiday for our family. Patrick arranged for a private chef to make us a New Years feast. Also Patrick dressed up as Old Man Frost and gave out presents to all of the kids. Each morning, we were greeted by an incredible breakfast made by Patrick's wife. Each breakfast was different and each time super delicious. We have tons of picky kids in our group and they fell in LOVE with breakfast at Patrick's home. I cannot recommend Patrick and this property enough. Each room had its own bathroom which was incredibly convenient. The home is located in a beautiful property where you will truly feel connected with nature but yet close enough to go to a restaurant. Overall, our experience was amazing. I cannot say enough about Patrick's incredible support, assistance, and responsiveness to all of our needs. For reference our group had 10 adults and 9 kids. There was enough space for all of us to fit comfortably in the property. "

" This is one of those really special places that makes you sad to leave and wanting to return. The bungalows are simple yet really well thought out. There are special touches like fresh cut foliage in the bathroom and lots of surfaces to place your belongings. Each bungalow feels very private as they are situated in such a way that the private decks look over lush grounds. The hammock is a wonderful place to hang out and see wildlife. We saw many amazing things including toucans from our bungalow, and sloths by walking the grounds of this adorable place. We had beautiful breakfast delivered right to our door each morning. Everything was so delicious and you could feel the care and love cooked into each bite. The walking gardens were so natural and serene and private. For picky sleepers, like I normally am, the bed is firm and it's not pitch black or silent, but I didn't care as I left the drapes and window open and A/C off to hear the birds, the rustle of the palms and the nearby stream. Full immersion is where it is at. We truly loved this place and would definitely visit again. "

"Super friendly receptionist and very helpful! We stayed here so that we could be close to Tenorio Volcano National Park. The motel was clean and met basic needs. The attached restaurant was good and offered typical Costa Rican fare. We were not able to take advantage of the tours offered by at the motel but tubing looked like it would be fun."

"The property was beautiful! We saw more birds on the property than we did at the nearby natiknal park. The food from the restaurant was excellent! A true highlight of our trip. The rooms were very clean and so was the entire property and the staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative of the property is a lack of heating/cooling in the rooms. The temperature was fine during our stay, mostly missed being able to get the room dry. We were soaked from our hike during the day and were never able to get fully dry, even after getting back to the hotel. "
