"Mercure Yokosuka is a decent hotel. They try to push the restaurant they have by not allowing Uber eats deliveries but really this just makes for an inconvenience and does not make me want to try the restaurant. Other than that, there is a smoking room, the rooms are clean and fairly well laid out. Fridge, microwave, electric kettle, all included which was very nice.
