Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. "Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. "Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!"

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
