"Hotel facility is good. We had the room facing the lake which was amazing. Many green surrounding the complex. We booked e executive room and could access the lounge for happy hour and drink. "We booked the room with river view and loved it. It had the view where the 3 rivers merged and we could see "The Ningbo Bund" - where the pubs were located. From 7pm to 10 pm every night, the buildings are lit with coordinated coloured lights. Amazing view. Hotel room has all the amenities and very comfortable super single beds. Location was great. We walked along the riverside to Tianyi Square and to The Bund."

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room.
