"I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "

"Very disappointing. I knew it was a very slow week for hotels in the area because it was a korean holiday but still they gave me a view of another building’s window (deluxe room). My primary residence for my vacation was in Busan and I just needed a place to sleep in Seoul for five nights to visit family and friends. Thus the reason I chose this place. "Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great value for money. The location is a little bit out of the way but the hotel was very close to a subway station, which made getting around quite easy. Having laundry and a styler in the room was a major plus, though you will need to either purchase laundry detergent downstairs or bring your own. Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star stay was the inability to adjust the temperature in the room. "
