"Everything was as advertised. Was clean and tidy and had all the basics needed. Comfy and warm inside even when temps dropped below freezing. Check-in was easy, owner was responsive and kind. Loved that we were surrounded on three sides by cow pastures and house was set back a ways from low-traffic road. Was very peaceful. But also only 10-15 mins from town. Would stay here again. "

"Dean and Carla are great host! The cabin and yard are spacious, perfect for families. You cannot beat the location right by the White Hole boat ramp and bank fishing. Check in and out is seamless and the place has all the amenities you could ask for. We will be back!"

The growth of vines in the trees somewhat blocked the view if the river, compared to other places we have stayed, but access to getting those removed would be difficult because of the steep slope of the bank behind the house. Adequate kitchen utensils, etc. Very clean! Beds are great!"

"We needed a place where we could bring our furry friends and still be close to Branson. This was perfect! The hosts are super and communicate regularly. The home is full of personal touches and very comfortable. There is a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a large yard for the pups. The doggie door was especially handy.and they provide a covered doggie futon! Everything you could need is there. We would definitely stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our two week stay here at the baxter house. Carolyn was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. The house was clean, very organized, and had just about everything we could or would need. It was big enough for some of our family members to come spend a night with us. "We loved everything about this reservation, beginning to end.. The price excellent, communication with the host was great very attentive just wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home, the space the comfort the views and just the privacy from the loud cities… Our drive from Dallas to Yellville was just pleasant all the way enjoying the views and being to arrive at a nice time …My whole family is very happy with this experience all together, we even got to go to the Titanic...
