"Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large...

"I've been staying at this location for the last three years and the dock addition made this year's trip extremely convenient and enjoyable. Grab your gear, grab your coolers, down the hill to the dock, load your boat and you're off. Love it! Outdoor space is fantastic. Great outdoor firepit. Screened in porch for your fishing gear. "It was a beautiful place. Perfect location; just a few steps from the river. Had one problem and the owner was on top of it quickly and was resolved. We saw lots of eagles, too. Beautiful place and quiet and peaceful. Never stayed in a VRBO that was so well-stocked. Highly recommend this place if you like peaceful, beautiful settings and very hospital hosts. "

"We wanted to go somewhere that was off the beaten path, quiet, peaceful, where you can hear nothing but the wind through the trees, and see the stars. We were happy that is just what we found here. "The property is beautiful and the accommodations were amazing. The only issue is the fact that you can hear the people in the upper unit walking around. To be fair it is in the property description that we would be able to hear this, but the tenants above us were stomping around all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. "

"Joey did an excellent job remodeling an older home. It was very well maintained and clean.Plenty of towels and washcloths to use. Which hasn't always been the case with other properties, in my experience.The shower gel and shampoo dispenser was a nice touch as well.I would definitely visit again if I get back to the area.Loved the Patrick McManus book collection as well."
