"We made a great choice in choosing the Riverfront Retreat for our Thanksgiving celebration. The large dining table fit our group and its close proximity to the kitchen made serving and cleanup a breeze. One bedroom is set apart from the others which worked perfectly for one couple who ducked out at 5am to catch a flight out of Dulles (about an hours drive) without disturbing others in the group. We enjoyed hiking in Seven Bends State Park and even toured the Shenandoah Caverns (a short drive)....

"The cozy cabin had lots of wonderful charm. The outer room had a sauna and a fireplace. The windows were great with a perfect view of the snow. The porch had a very nice with a big hot tub. The bed room was nice with a reading area and the living room has a great TV. We were greeted with cookies and a bottle of the good stuff. I would recommend this cabin and we cannot wait to go back. "This is our second time staying at The Outlook this year. As before we were greeted by deer on the property. They didn't seem bothered by us at all. The cabin was sparkling clean and linens and towels were made up and ready. The view across the valley was wonderful with the trees changing into their fall colors. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils we would need to make dinner. We stayed for two full days and didn't run out of things to do. We hiked in Cacapon State Park and...
