"Super safe neighborhood with easy access to the metro and the train station. Very clean. Very nice staff! Relatively spacious and bright, clean rooms. Boring area, but much more affordable with lovely rooms and facility. Would stay again, especially if planning multiple day trips from Madrid. Walking distance (albeit long) to the historic center."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always fresh and tasted great. it is right on top of the subway and train station, and there is a bus stop right up front. it makes the location very convenient but you also get some noise due to the foot traffic. The room were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Just take in consideration that you will need to keep your window closed as people smoke in front of the hotel and if your window is open it will get inside the room. "

"I stayed here on 3 separate occasions, once for 2 nights and two otjer times for 1 night each. Every review will say its not the best area.. It's not! But that doesn't take away from the hotel itself. I stayed here for the price. Once in my room I felt perfectly safe. The WIFI was not strong, or so it seemed. Could have been my phones. I really don't know. It was close to everywhere I needed to go. It was about 15 mind from the airport by Über, 10 mins from the other hotel where I met my tpur group and 15 mind from the FLIX bus station Madrid Station Sputh that I needed for the bus to Pprtugal. I will stay there again.. I was comfortable. "
