"Very disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to let me in, one couple was waiting for over one hour. One person finally comes in and we as a group walk to one area of apartments and then we waited another 30 minutes before walking another 20 minutes to another apartment area. "When I arrived at the place there was no one at reception. There were a bunch of guys all around inside and outside the place. I said I booked a room and they all looked at me weird and didn’t speak any English. They just led me out of the place and pointed to a different spot. It was late and dark and I was very uncomfortable and scared. I tried looking for a place they pointed me to and it was a gated residential facility. I left."
