"Here to celebrate daughter's 19th birthday in Tampa, FL, we selected this property and stayed 9 days for its prime location, just a short five minute ride to everything downtown Tampa has to offer, to include the Riverwalk, fine dining (Haiku restaurant is a must) and the gorgeous shops of Hyde Park village. This dog friendly property allowed us to bring our beloved Teddy Pendergrass, who enjoyed the park, with walking trails around the lake right across the street. Having our own private pool...

"The place was very good for a short stay. Within walking distance to all of the local bars and restaurants. Check-in was super easy and communication was great. If I had a couple of suggestions, I would say maybe some new pillows and put that little loveseat back in that was in the pictures. Those two chairs down there are a little uncomfortable. But overall a great deal for the money."

"Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, it was conveniently located only two blocks from town! Communication from the host was excellent. He would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. When we had questions, he would respond quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.We highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again in the future."
