"Great place to stay, never been to a bad APA hotel"

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"The staff are very helpful, the area isn’t loud but there is a station close by that can get you to any major station in Tokyo. "

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

"Great hotel if you are staying near airport. Restaurant not so great but in a pinch it’s fine. Clean, very big rooms and friendly staff. A 10 min safe walk from terminal 2 or 3 of Narita airport. Hotel has shuttle too. "

"2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area. "
