"My first time staying at capsule hotel and I am not sure what to expect. The staff is helpful in explaining everything and they provide towels, sleep robe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. The capsule is roomy, but it was hot for me at the beginning just laying there. After midnight the temp got colder and the blanket came in handy. "Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. "The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day"
