"its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us"

Clean, well designed small rooms with complementary travel items such as facial cleansers, toothbrush etc. Possibly the cleanest property I've ever visited. The staff were cleaning the public areas all day and everything from luggage carts to floors to surfaces and bathrooms, are spotless. "

"The hotel is next to Keisei Narita Station, very convenient to take the bus, train. Also the hotel is clean and provide hot tub which is relaxing and shuttle bus from and to airport which save time and cost. Nice and professional staff. We will stay at this hotel again."
