"When both me and my partner looked this place up there was a photo that showed the beach within walking distance, and it also said there was a beach within a3 min walk. That's untrue unless you count here tiny piece of land called "whale park" as a beach {which google does} The access to the beach was there stair you have to drive too across the bridge, if u look out from the rental room u an see it from there. as a Disabled person i was looking forward to be within walking distance of the beach...

"Wonderful condo with beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Condo was furnished very well and we weren’t lacking for anything during our visit. Location was perfect for walking to shops & restaurants in Nye Beach. "

"Worried about the bridge location but it was not a problem at all. Lots of windows, nice views. Great to step outdoors into the charming historic district. VACASA was not responsive to a problem at all when the freezer door handle fell,off. Other than that a great place to stay"

"Near the beach, short walk was no problem. Definitely a beach shack, perfect for us! Well laid out, very easy to get comfortable, Altho the floor is concrete so took a while to warm up the place. Also the sheets were crusty :/ and we had to change them, but they had extras east to find. They seemed laundered, but not clean. We would stay again, but we like quirky little shacks :) The most uncomfortable part was communication with Vacasa. A little expensive for what you get, with all the fees."

"Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on...
