"The room was clean & tidy although some of the furniture had marks on them view from window was stunning breakfast on first day was ok the beans were just warm bacon could have been cooked more second day was better had a muffin with scrambled egg which was a little runny for my liking but it was hot breakfast room does get busy as it's quite small where you help yourself to cereals etc staff are very polite and helpful "

"Stayed for three nights with my wife and sister for sister's birthday . Dan and Wei thoughtfully placed decorations in my sister's room , off road parking was very spacious at the side of the hotel , the rooms were comfortable and clean ,the breakfast each morning was of a high quality and very good choice , would have no issue in recommending to others and hope to return soon "

"A lovely friendly hotel. Very well kept. A nicely decorated room with lovely furniture. Great power shower! The only downside for me was the mattress, it just needs replacing. When you don’t sleep well it’s a shame. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection to choose from. A lovely stay!"

"Comfortable and lovely as ever. Beautifully quiet at night and just across the road from the cycle path. I felt well cared for while given plenty of space to myself. Everything was great and they were very communicative and lovely to chat with at breakfast. Will stay again as soon as I can. "

"Pebble house was beautiful and clean. The seaview room we had was excellent.Breakfast was lovely and fresh .you can have breakfast in the dining room or breakfast in bed .The coffee machine in the room had lots of different pods and the coffee tasted lovely .Only thing I would change would be softer pillows on the bed they were to hard for us . otherwise brilliant will definitely visit again 😁"

"We had a nice stay, loved the bed, so comfy! Super quiet location even though it was a main road and a Friday night, although we had a room at the back which probably helped. Packed breakfast was nice and convenient too. TV didn't work when we got there even with Richard helping, but eventually we managed to get bbc 1+2 later in the evening, so I'd advise you take a fire stick or just watch your phone. "Where do I start!! 6* plus.. Unbelievably thoughtful, kind,funny owners. From the moment we got out of our car to the (sad) moment we left, we were made to feel like family. "The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

2 night stay in the Gwydyr Hotel Betws-Y-Coed.

"An excellent 2 night stay in a single room in the Gwydyr Hotel, Betws-Y-Coed. My room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. We were a party of 7 plus a dog celebrating a 50th Birthday. We ate in the hotel both evenings and we all enjoyed our food. The breakfast menu included continental and cooked food which was well presented and delicious. There was plenty of space to relax in the comfortable lounges. All the staff were were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricewise I would say that it was good value for the level of comfort and service. All in all I would recommend the Gwydyr Hotel when staying in this beautiful part of Wales. "
