"Este es un muy buen hotel que está conectado con el hospital ABC de Santa Fe. La ubicación es muy conveniente, es muy limpio y con muy buen mantenimiento. Todo el staff es muy amable y busca solucionar las necesidades de los huéspedes. Tienen desayuno bufet pequeño pero muy bueno pues aunque pequeño, tienen de todo. Lo único donde les falla bastante es el el servicio y atención del personal del restaurante pues no son acomedidos ni serviciales. Todo lo demás es EXCELENTE!! "

"Big WOW to the customer service from everybody. From front desk, to Suite Lounge on dk 12. Big THANK YOU to the cleaning lady on this venue! One of the best stays I've ever had in Mexico City. Having a shuttle service to/ from airport as part of the exclusive services for the Suite would make an even bigger difference. "
